Hello, I’m Pamela. So many women arrive at midlife feeling exhausted from carrying responsibilities, meeting expectations, and putting themselves last. They often know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to begin. This is a space for women who are ready to meet themselves with compassion, at their own pace and in their own way.
My journey into coaching began after experiencing burnout myself. What I discovered was that meaningful self-care starts with awareness, not perfection. Today, my holistic coaching honours your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. I create a calm, judgment-free space where you can reconnect with your inner wisdom, soften the voice of your inner critic, and begin creating change that feels sustainable and true to you. In addition to coaching, I speak at workshops, retreats, conferences, and community events, sharing practical insights on self-compassion, burnout, wellbeing, and navigating life's transitions.

This 56-card deck includes four unique suits: Wisdom, Self-Care, Actions, and Internal Obstacles. Whether you draw one card or several, the deck encourages awareness, self-trust, and compassionate choices in everyday life.
