Are you Ready to:
Put an end to deferring your dreams and desires?
Stop postponing your possibilities and promises to yourself?
Let go of second guessing?
Find you voice and share your wisdom?
Have more energy ?
Strengthen relationships ?
Set healthy boundaries?
Erase the message of not-good-enough?
Step into your compelling purpose?
Stop listening to the "perfectionism" lies that push you to the brink of burnout?
If it were possible to attach a speaker to your internal voice messaging, what would others hear?
Considering we have upwards of 60,000 thoughts a day, and many of them are the same from yesterday, it is shocking to realize that 80% of these thoughts are negative! Critical, picky, resentful, begrudging, covetous and greedy, filled with “NO”, and on and on.
How long would you be friends with someone that spewed that towards you all day?
Yet this is what most people’s inner talk sounds like, to themselves, about themselves or what they are doing. It’s no wonder we tend to be defensive. It’s no wonder we feel a sense of overwhelm.
That revelation needs a deep breath about now.
But what can we do to change this?
Take adeep breath and Pause.
Pause and be Aware. In fact be aware of your feet. Yes, that’s right the bottoms of your feet, right where you are right now. Be conscious of your toes, your heels, how your feet feel in the sock shoes or bare. A vital part of us, that often goes unnoticed.
This is the beginning of the journey toward kindness to ourselves.
Self-Kindness, Self-Compassion.
What is Self-Compassion?
A definition? Self-Compassion is being as kind to o ourselves as we are to a dear friend. It is taking care of ourselves in a mindful way so we can continue to care for others.

Self-compassion is realizing you are not the ONLY one who has thoughts and feelings that go wild. Everybody does. Those negative thoughts and difficult emotions are trying to protect us.
Self-compassion is being aware in this moment what is going on. Aware of your surroundings, Aware of sounds, Aware of your body right now - standing, sitting, moving?
Self-compassion is being kind to yourself.
